beautiful adventures
where the desert meets the sea...
With its tropical beach, desert terrain, epic cliffside views of the deep blue ocean, and nature expeditions with a myriad of plant life, San Diego is truly a dream. In addition to the incredible sights and places we visited, the most meaningful part of this trip has been reconnecting with my closest friends. We've grown independently in our respective lives these past few years, but we haven't grown apart. This post documents our journey and highlights the best we saw in San Diego.

I went snorkeling for the first time in La Jolla Cove. I was in awe of the fish and plant life in the cold water.

University Heights, a neighborhood we stayed in.
One day I woke around 5am to take a walk. The mornings in San Diego are very foggy. The sun eventually burns off the cloud cover revealing a beautiful blue sky for the rest of the day.

On Palomar Mountain on the way to the observatory, we pulled off the highway onto a scenic overlook. We laid on blankets, watch the meteor shower. I will remember this night.
