Original acrylic painting on canvas panel, created by Alex Curley. This original acrylic painting is inspired by a weathered basketball hoop in Montauk bearing the words The End. Situated at the eastern tip of Long Island (often called "the end of the world" because it marks the end of the road and the island itself) the scene became a reflection on endings and beginnings. Painted at the end of August, the work explores the transition from one season to the next, where memories settle and new chapters begin.

The painting is framed with 1.75 inch profile (depth) and ready to display. It includes a picture frame wire hanging system installed on the back for easy placement and display. The piece comes with a Certificate of Authenticity verifying the original work.
